"Not far from the hotel, permanent camps and public automobile camps, at various points throughout the Park, Ranger stations are maintained. These enable the Rangers to adequately policy and preserve the Park, and render to the traveling public much assistance tending toward their greater enjoyment of the Park, and incidentally its preservation."
