            <p>The day was exceedingly <name type="weather">hot</name> from about ten o’clock until 2 when the <name type="weather">breeze</name>
               sprang up. </p>

            <p><persName key="Col. George Schall" ref="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/BucknellDSC/jmlinn/refs/heads/main/jmlinn_personography.xml#jmlper175">Lt. George Shall</persName> returned today. Yesterday and today we were in receipt of
               large <objectName type="readible">mails</objectName>, my <objectName type="readible">letters</objectName> from <persName key="John Blair Linn" ref="https://raw.githubusercontent.com/BucknellDSC/jmlinn/refs/heads/main/jmlinn_personography.xml#jmlper051">John</persName> running from the <date when="1862-06-06">6</date> to the 19th We have <objectName>papers</objectName>
               also of the 19th. <orgName type="company">Co A </orgName>had a special Inspection -<objectName> $5</objectName> to be given to one who had
               <objectName type="equipment">arms</objectName> and <objectName type="equipment">accoutrements</objectName> in the best condition: This was the Springfield <objectName type="equipment">rifles</objectName>.
               They were most admirably gotten up. </p>
