Description
"One of the most beautiful of the group, [Minerva Terrace] is between Cleopatra and Mound Terraces. Some seasons this terrace is beautifully colored, and, at other times, a pale gray, lifeless deposit, due to the intermittant nature of the spring which supplies its water."
