We went to Lieutenant Colonel Potters tent & heard Lieutenant Colonel Maggi read Lieutenant Colonel Viguier de Monteil's defence. It rained nearly all last night & the greater part of the day. When I came back found the camp in somewhat of an excitement, owing to the paymaster having arrived. Maj Morill and his assistant Mr Morton. As there were some errors we had ours to make over - or rather for them as they had made most of the mistakes.
